I had seven months between getting engaged and then married in December 2019, The Bottom Drawer wasn’t actually the first wedding store I visited, I went to one a day prior and left almost in tears, being told I don’t have time to get a dress that I wanted ordered, and would have to order that same day for me to even have a wedding dress on my wedding day, not to mention I was put into every single dress other than the ones I actually liked. My wedding day would have been a completely different story if my now husband hadn’t found The Bottom Drawer and made me email Victoria. I told Victoria exactly what I wanted in a dress and not once did she attempt to change my mind, any advice she gave was to either get the best out of myself or the dress I chose. She never once made me feel like I was a customer or just a sale to her. When you’re inside the Boutique she makes you feel like you are genuinely her only focus and all of her attention is on you. You get the whole Boutique to yourself, meaning no other customers, no phone calls, and no form of interruption at all. I can hand on heart say that if you choose to even make a visit to the Bottom Drawer you will absolutely not be disappointed in the service you receive.
